All Rise: Denise A. Walker

Denise A. Walker is the Assistant General Counsel leading the FOIA Expert Assistance Team in the National FOIA office in the EPA Office of General Counsel. Denise joined the FEAT as a co-founder in 2014 and has marshaled many of the Agency’s high-profile and complex FOIA projects to completion. Prior to her work at EPA, Denise served as an environmental litigator in the Indiana Attorney General’s office and on the BP oil spill legal team at NOAA. She has over 15 years of experience as a state and federal attorney.
